Add labels functionality to links

[OmKoren]

1. A link can have a label.
2. Labels can't be shown or not (same show/don't labels button).
3. No level of details for link labels (as opossed to nodes that always have degree centrality measure, links don't necessarily have weights so we can't enforce LOD).
4. Link labels should be aligned with the link itself.
