It seems we can only modify per form change abilities, which isn't really something we want to do, otherwise we will flood the pools with extra VBonus data we would need to modify and change, which includes updating the game_data and a lot of other data. This change doesn't seem enough for me to warrant that change.

I would still like to investigate the WearformSet data though to change Sora's clothing per form. As well as Shotlocks/ Formchanges - #6
