I recently had to redo the installation process, so everything worked fine

All I had to do is set up the microg account beforehand and install yt apk

After a few more days I can conclude that the notification register works when a clean setup is done in terms of installation and login.

Uninstall all YT mods and MicroG
Install MicroG RE or ReVanced GmsCore
Remove MicroG RE/ReVanced GmsCore from battery optimization and login in Google account
Install YT mods apk
Done!
