FluentSMTP E-mail test not working

Hello,

We're currently using a Brevo Relay server (smtp-relay.brevo.com, port 587) integrated with FluentSMTP to send mail on behalf of our organisation. While the DKIM and DMARC configurations are verified and appear correct on the Brevo dashboard, we're encountering an issue when sending test emails.

Although FluentSMTP confirms the test email is sent successfully, we are not receiving any messages on our FortiMail server. This leads us to believe there may be a problem with the actual transmission.

It used to work before. Is it possible that it's buggy on wordpress sites that are running PHP version 8+?

Could you please assist us in troubleshooting this issue?
