DTQP driver Matlab/python codes for linearized OpenFAST models

Procedures for OpenFAST linearization is developed based on example script provided by Daniel Zalkind (National Renewable Energy Laboratory)

Prerequisites for compiling WEIS tools:

Anaconda for Python 3.8 or higher
Intel Parallel Studio XE
- Intel C Compiler
- Intel C++ Compiler
- Intel Fortran Compiler
- Intel Math Kernel Library
After install all the prerequisites, run bashrc_settings.sh to make bash recognize them.

Prerequisites for running FASTLin_DTQP_Driver:

MATLAB (minimum compatible version unknown)
WEIS tools https://github.com/WISDEM/WEIS.git
