Multiple entries: Tell the user which artist has been duplicated

Songs, albums and events can have many artists, at which point it becomes harder to pinpoint whoever triggered the "duplicate artists" validation warning.

Directly tell the user which artist was duplicated. Perhaps also provide an option to automatically merge the artist's roles as is appropriate.
