Описание

Сейчас, если использовать hideWhenReferenceHidden проп для Popper - если таргет не попадает в видимую область - на контейнер просто накидывается visibility: hidden. Хотелось бы также иметь возможность управлять видимым/невидимым состоянием тултипа (так как на основе Popper создан кастомый тултип с анимациями, которые игнорируют hidden visibility
