374 multiplicons to evaluate - evaluating level 4 multiplicon... Abandoned (spitting kernel).
Seeking a solution !!!

Hello whlidada,
another user has encountered the same issue you reported (see link above this message). I think it might be caused by some kind of versioning issue with dependencies. Were you also using the Docker container?
However, it could also be related to the input files. Would you be willing to share (a few lines of) your FASTA and GFF file of the species you were working it?

Hi, here's an update form the issue mentioned in my previous post: in our case the error was due to something wrong with the format of the provided GFF file.
