Fixes #78

Short description of what this resolves:

improve: I have added the Number Theory part A as instructed.

What Changes proposed in this pull request:

  • Added an introduction section
  • Added a documentation on prime numbers
  • Added a documentation on the Sieve of Eratosthenes and complexity analysis
