Describe the bug:
After starting the download process for a program, the progress bar gets stuck at 0 for about 5 minutes before saying that the download failed.

I have decent internet connection. I've also been having the issue for at least day.

To Reproduce:

  1. After Universal Updater has finished booting up, select a program to install
  2. Select any of its available downloads, and confirm

Expected behavior:
The download to progress and install without failing.

Console:

  • 3DS
  • 3DS XL
  • 2DS
  • New 3DS
  • New 3DS XL
  • New 2DS XL

Luma3DS & System versions:

Luma 3DS version: v13.0.2

System version and region: v11.17.0-50E

Universal-Updater version:

Release: v3.2.6

Nightly:

Installed as:

  • CIA
  • 3DSX

It was installed while I was installing Luma3DS so I'm not sure

Additional context:
I tried installing the regular (not nightly) version of TwilightMenu++, and all versions of nds-bootstrap, ColecoDS, and nimbus and red-viper, but I still get the issue.

Did you check you storage? You may want to make sure you have enough space for the applications your installing.

Also for the installed as section:
cia = on your home menu
3dsx = on the homebrew menu

I didn't check that. But it worked for an hour not long after I raised the issue. Since then it didn't work. I stopped trying and downloaded what I wanted to manually
