Resource Harvesters and Converters not working

Error logs show modules ModuleResourceConverter_USI and ModuleResourceHarvester_USI not found for several Karbonite parts. After looking at MKS, it looks like they were renamed to be USI_Converter and USI_Harvester. I tested this for a part by manually editing the .cfg and it fixed it.

Hi, I'm new to Karbonite, having installed 1.1.0 last week, and it looks very interesting indeed.
Thanks Sawyerap, I was not able to do any processing of Karbonite, until I found your post.
Further test info as follows:
I first noticed trouble with KA_Generator02 (no options to start generator in the part's window when selected). Have implemented sawyerap's (OP) adjustment to the .cfg file, and found that this fixed the problem for that part. Have extended to KA_Distiller_125_01.cfg, and that part has tested to produce monopropellant (and other options are available in part's control window), as well as KA_Converter_125_02.cfg, which produced LFO when tested (and other conversion options became available in the part's control window.). Prior to implementing the change, these parts were not working also (same symptom as the KA_Generator02 of no converter control in the part window). Though this testing is only a subset of all converters, inductively reasoning, the same solution should help on other converters too.

This was fixed in PR 273. There has not been a new release since this PR was merged though.
