EDL depends on link to DW, created by

  CREATE DATABASE LINK "THE.SERVICENAME"
   CONNECT TO "EXPERT" IDENTIFIED BY VALUES ':1'
   USING '[the hostname].umn.edu:1521/the.servicename';
