Generally positive without any comments and one negative with:

The tutorial missed basic introduction into the topic. So if you were not familiar with Theia then it was hard to follow.

We have already basics on the arch, project structure, implementation and development flow which are covered by the introduction and exercise 0.

We should for sure define prerequisites better for next time, i.e. not many knew npm/yarn, Node.js, typescript or even had javascript experience. Providing some links to basic information on these topics.
