Describe the bug
An entry add with another entry in custom layout editor.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Settings'
Click on 'Layout'
Try editing the layout.
When adding a new entry to the layout, another entry comes with it.

Expected behavior
Only one entry should add.
