<p>目前本站主要是面向对科学上网感兴趣的小白新手，对小白新手提供更容易理解更详细的入门科学上网技术教程。</p>
<p>教程都是挺简单的，太难的我也很少写，主要是想到当初我刚开始接触科学上网的时候，<strong>那种小白找教程无力的感觉。</strong></p>
<p>我会尽量把各种教程写全一些，保证初次接触科学上网的用户能够更快的适应科学上网，同时教程大多都是免费或者低成本的，保证可以以最少的资金来学习了解科学上网！</p>

有些网站，只为限定地区提供服务，例如niconico。
比较靠谱的主机提供商例如谷歌，他们的ip都是广播ip，经常会被识别成美国ip。
提问，假设将谷歌主机作为翻墙主机，能不能再在其上设置一层pac代理，使到某些请求在转发到另一台主机（例如linode或者vultr）
使得我连上谷歌的代理，但我访问nico，谷歌将请求发送给别的具有日本ip的主机，谷歌只作为中间跳板。
