Cycle dependency problem

When introducing cycle in script dependencies a problem occurs. For example. If a intruduce a cycle via extenders DEVICE -> USER -> LIST an errors in the editor and in run time occurs when trying to execute queryDevice API call. The error is indicating that a member with the same name already exists.
