I just got a new laptop installed latest Tiddly-Desktop from the GitHub releases and I'm kinda confused about the add Wiki-Folder dialog having an Upload button. When selected, the welcome page but with broken HTML opens.

This is not what I expected.

I thought I can select a folder where I keep all my Wikis and they get listed on the start page (instead of having to add them one at a time). Maybe it's just me not having used Tiddly-Desktop for too long but I was pretty confident that this was the way it worked before since I still had my wiki folder from my previous installation.

Hi @Takiro thanks for getting in touch. I'm afraid the user interface is a little confusing here. The phrase "wiki folder" has a specific meaning with TiddlyWiki: it refers to a folder containing the individual tiddler files that are used with TiddlyWiki under Node.js. There is some further information here:

I see, that makes sense. However, I still think the button in the folder selection dialogue should not be labeled Upload, no?

For a second I thought I was about to upload my private files because I didn't pay attention until I pressed it.

And the start page of the new Wiki should not be broken. When you create a normal single file one, everything looks normal.
