To each user of the workspace, ask a few questions about its profile in private message. The goal is to send targeted informations.

Do you want to receive information about Green IT in PM ?
What domains are you interrested in ? User Experience, Operation, Development
What is your job today ?
...

This survey must be sent to :

Every new user of the workspace at his registering
Every user of the workspace when the bot joins it
Every users on demand
