Change All Custom Keyboards to Inline Keyboards?

Currently, the Executive Function Bot is using custom keyboards to collect user input which work fine, but insert information into the chat. I was reading about Telegram's inline keyboards and realize that they might be a better option for collecting data as callback buttons don't require me to have a listener set up to take button input.
