Library To-Do List

Enhancements:

Convert the library to TFT_eSPI instead of Adafruit-ST7735-Library.
Add more display option.
Make the library compatible with more microcontroller.
Add multiple style option for the menu (Normal, Modern, etc...)
Add horizontal scrolling for items names if they are too long.
Use Preferences library instead of EEPROM library to store the settings.
Add possibility to redirect to other parts of the menu.
Add a function to display a popup.
