需求背景

业务在脚本或作业里想要实现把当前任务信息写入DB存储里，当前需要定制任务标题、并调用API来匹配并获取任务ID，流程比较冗长和繁琐，希望通过一个内置变量直接获取

需求描述

提供内置变量来让用户的脚本里可以直接获取到任务ID
{{JOB_CURRENT_INSTANCE_ID}} - 获取当前任务ID
{{JOB_CURRENT_STEP_ID}} - 获取当前步骤ID
