A "subsystem" that acts as a container for all sensor data for convenience.

Drivetrain wheel encoders
Arm encoder
Raw IMU data (accelerometer, gyro)
Reliable IMU data filtering? (This might fall into p3)
PhotonVision stuff (camera, pose estimator, april tag recognition)
Displaying data to dashboard
