[Eclipse] Improve discoverability of multiple choices #3275

Please describe the feature you want

In Eclipse, it would be good to have some UI feedback indicating when multiple code completion choices are available to cycle through.

Currently, the user has no indication of this, and can only discover alternative choices by attempting to cycle through them.

Additional context

In VS Code, the existence of multiple choices is indicated by a small tooltip that also shows relevant keyboard shortcuts. See here: #2119
