Currently MoreLikeThis results are retrived by passing the PageTitle of the page where the plugin is embedded.

In addtion it should be possible to get MoreLikeThis results by passing the document id.
We need to check if this is possible by passing "qt=mlt" which is done in the query or if we need to use the MoreLikeThis handler.

Hi Timo,
would be great if you could implement this solution (besides making the plugin configurable by Typoscript). I have a lot of cases where the content of pages is modified (exchanged) by Typoscript (including the Pagetitle and IndexedDocTitle). The Solr itself holds the correct informations about those variations of these pages but your MLT extension will only respect the base page.

Nevertheless thanks for your efforts
Patric

Comment from forge:

Allow to define q in a flexible way: either a GET parameter, text, a URL or a document Id.
For text see http://wiki.apache.org/solr/MoreLikeThisHandler (Examples at the bottom).
Maybe the parameter can be set by a hook?
