[TASK] Adapt option to use alternative page title

What should be done in the scope of this task?

$GLOBALS['TSFE']->altPageTitle is no longer available since TYPO3 10, alternative page titles are now set by using the PageTitle API. We should adapt this option, perhaps we could allow to select one of the available page title providers.

Note: As long as this is not adapted, the option "Alternative page title of the current page" will always lead to empty results.
