What needs to be reviewed?

Remove Link to open Skyrim Strings Localizer

Describe how it is now.

There is a menu option to open the skyrim strings Localizer

Describe the desired change.

Remove it our Localizer should do all the work without out external apps

Outline the goals/benefits of the enhancement.
