채팅방 테이블 뷰 scrollToRow 관련 레이아웃 이슈 사항 개선
프로필 이미지 관련 미구현 사항 반영 (서버 API 개발 완료시 반영)
채팅 관련 소켓통신 response 개발 완료시 UI로직에 반영 (채팅 시간, 채팅방 이름 등등)
채팅 리스트 테이블뷰 셀 재사용 관련 미구현 로직 구현
서버 API response 옵셔널 제거 (서버 API 개발 완료시 반영)
전체적인 코드 가독성 개선 및 중복 로직 개선방안 모색
