Add Special therapy page

I wish to add the special therapy page on the website. But the UI, and design, I am not completely sure of. It would be great if you could help me in that process, Once I get the UI, I can continue with the page formation. Can I also contribute it under hacktoberfest'22?

@zugzwang03 Special therapy is something like real-time interaction thing which one may use it. For example, we can make a chatbot or a system where users can use it to express his/her feelings and chat to reduce his/her stress
