Feature Request: Implement Smoothing Algorithm Option for Pitch Detection

Hi, thanks for this great tool!

While your benchmarks show better performance than CREPE, I've noticed that CREPE with Viterbi smoothing provides a better user experience by producing a smoother pitch curve. By default, CREPE doesn't apply temporal smoothing, but it does support Viterbi smoothing via the --viterbi argument.

Could you consider adding an option for a smoothing algorithm, like Viterbi, to enhance the pitch curve output in your tool? This would improve the usability and overall experience of the results.
