Feature Request - Fuzzy skin option "only holes"

Hi everybody,

I want to print a tube which has fuzzy skin only on the inside (the hole) and a clean look outside,
At the moment, fuzzy skin options only offer:
-outside only (Contour),
-outside/inside (Countour and hole)
-or everthing (All Walls).

I would love an additional "inside only (Hole)" option for my project.

Since most of the filtering logic necessary seems already written, would it be much work to enhance the fuzzy skin selector?
