"Favorites" sub menu next to the standard Quality/Strength/Speed/Support/Others

I have my default profile that is my go to, but depending on model geometry or the purpose of the model i might turn on or off certain features/settings. This is not a really long list but they are all in different sub menus (Quality/Str/Speed/Support/Others). It would be really nice if there was one additional sub menu called "Favorites", adding this sub menu could be togglable so if others don't want to use it then its hidden.
