Errors while building, followed a guide

Been trying to create my own server for a whole day, used this guide: https://github.com/berkayylmao/setting-up-sbrw

I was able to build it, but the openfire 4.5.0 beta and the 8.0.23 mysql does not likes ieach other also the core.jar is crashes with that too... i was able to start it on the letest openfire but then the multiplayer and all other stuff like powerups was not working... the tutorial is outdated and has holes...

Is there any possibility that anywhere we would have a prebuilt package(With all cores, webserver, and working outof the box thingy?? I spent the last week to make this work but i had no luck and NO ONE is willing to help with this anywhere...)?!
