Ultisnips dynamic tabstop generation with custom justified option

Expected behavior:
Snippet arr3,4 should expand to \begin{array}{ | } where the user can provide left or center or right justification and | is the first placeholder stop. Furthermore, the specification of the dimensions is counterintuitive. Ideally, one would expect in the example that one should produce 3 rows and 4 columns, while at present, 4 rows and 3 columns are created.

Actual behavior:
It currently expands to \begin{arra}{lll} where all columns are by default left justified and no placeholder stop.
