Describe the bug
Setup New Sim Wizard pawn type dropdown selection doesn't change anything. User is always a spectator.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Enter Sim Config Editor tool
Change pawn type in setup new sim wizard
start sim

Expected behavior
If pawn type isn't spectator, it should behave differently once the sim is started.
