Describe the bug
While standing still, the character stops following the camera with his head if it changes to another Aim state and as a result the character just looks straight ahead
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Launch default game(without any changes)
Turn camera on 110 - 180 degrees(for more time you can increase turn in place delay)
See error
Expected behavior
Character turn head like in Marketplace ALS version

Found solution(need to approve from more experience anim ue devs). Problem was in Aim Offset(that is miss in 5.4)
So I replaced it by this(Current state immediately transit to No Offset and as result character look forward)
