bRequestMovementSettingsChange is always 1

Within the UALSCharacterMovementComponent class, bRequestMovementSettingsChange is aways 1, regardless of which Net Mode and Number of Players are selected in Multiplayer Options, and even when the character is standing still.

Is this expected behaviour or a bug?
