Is it possible to use this hat with home assistant installed on the Raspberry Pi? To be able to control it through Node Red?

Hi,
I can not answer this but indirectly. The card has Node-Red nodes which can be installed from the "manage palette" menu (are published). If in your configuration you can install nodes with this method, you can use it.
