[🐛 Bug]: RemoteConnection.set_certificate_bundle_path set as None does NOT work

What happened?

Same issue as #13931.
Error:

MaxRetryError(_pool, url, reason) from reason  # type: ignore[arg-type]
urllib3.exceptions.MaxRetryError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='internal-xxx.elb.amazonaws.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /selenium/wd/hub/session (Caused by SSLError(SSLCertVerificationError(1, '[SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: unable to get local issuer certificate (_ssl.c:1129)')))

I was using a self-signed certificate for my website.
I set the certificate bulde path to None but the certificate error still disp;layed.

How can we reproduce the issue?
