Can't find docs of download location

Seeing this issue: #1769
It seems there's a mechanism to set download folder, but I can't find any clue on how to do it...
In my case, I'm trying to download files using firefox.

You know what, last time I just made it work on the default system location, because before that, downloads were a non-starter. It sounds like I need a new text field for download location on the project settings frontend. That wouldn't be a big deal to do.

hey, that would be super nice. At this point I've found the files on /home//Downloads. I think because I'm using a profile created on windows...
