PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING SCRIBBLE LAB APP LICENSE AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING OR USING THE SCRIBBLE SOFTWARE OR SCRIBBLE SERVICES. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND SCRIBBLE LAB APP.
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and ScribbleLabApp LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your use of the ScribbleLab application ("App"). This EULA outlines your rights and obligations as a User of ScribbleLab, applicable to both production and beta versions, as well as interaction with our development kit. By downloading, installing, or using ScribbleLab, you agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
1.1 "ScribbleLabApp Software": Refers to the software development kits, tools, APIs, and other materials provided by ScribbleLabApp for the purpose of enabling developers to create extensions for ScribbleLabApp.
1.2. "ScribbleLabApp Services": Refers to the services provided by ScribbleLabApp, including but not limited to access to beta releases, developer tools, and the ScribbleMarketplace.
1.3 "ScribbleLabApp": Refers to the software application developed by ScribbleLabApp, LLC., Which serves as the platform for extensions developed under the Program.
1.4 "Extensions": Refers to software applications, Plug-Ins, or Extensions developed by participants in the Program for use with ScribbleLabApp.
1.5 "ScribbleID": Refers to the unique identifier associated with a user's account, required to access and use ScribbleLabApp services and applications.
1.6 "ScribbleDeveloper ID": Refers to the unique identifier associated with a developer's account in the Scribble Developer Program.
1.7 "ScribbleMarketplace": Refers to the online marketplace operated by ScribbleLabApp where approved extensions can be distributed to users.
1.8 "Developer": Refers to an individual or entity who enrolls in the Scribble Developer Program and utilizes the Scribble Software and ScribbleLabApp Services (declared in 1.2) to create, test, and distribute extensions for ScribbleLabApp.
By accessing and using ScribbleLab, you agree to this EULA and all applicable laws, including but not limited to the laws of the European Union, the United States, Asia, and Switzerland. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your license to use ScribbleLab.
We reserve the right to modify or amend this EULA at any time. Any changes will be posted within the App and/or on our official website, and it is your responsibility to review these changes periodically. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
ScribbleLabApp LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use ScribbleLab for personal or business purposes, provided your use complies with this EULA. The license is granted for use only on devices you own or control.
If you are using a beta version of ScribbleLab, you acknowledge that the software may contain bugs or defects. Beta software is provided "as is," and we make no warranties regarding its completeness, reliability, or performance.
ScribbleLab may offer a development kit ("ScribbleDevKit") for integrating or extending the App's functionality. Use of the ScribbleDevKit is subject to this EULA and may require additional agreements. Unauthorized use, including reverse engineering or altering core functionality, is prohibited.
ScribbleLab collects non-personally identifiable information such as device type and geographical location (country) for analytics. This data is collected through third-party services like Google Analytics
and Sentry Crashlytics
and is used solely for improving App performance. You can disable the anonymous sharing of diagnostics in the App settings at any time.
ScribbleLab utilizes cloud storage for user-generated content, such as notes and documents. While no personal information is collected for sale, your data may reside on third-party servers, and ScribbleLabApp LLC is not responsible for data breaches within third-party systems.
Anonymized performance data (e.g., device types and usage metrics) may be shared with third-party services for analytics and crash reporting. No personal user data will be included.
By using ScribbleLab, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in this EULA and in accordance with relevant privacy laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and other regulations.
ScribbleLab operates under a freemium model, offering basic features for free, with premium features available through in-app purchases.
Some premium features may have trial periods. These are time-limited, and continued access requires an in-app purchase after the trial ends.
ScribbleLabApp LLC does not offer refunds for in-app purchases unless required by law or platform policies (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play). Payment disputes should be resolved with the platform provider.
ScribbleLab, including its code, algorithms, and technologies (e.g., ScribbleCompose, ScribbleMirroring), is the intellectual property of ScribbleLabApp LLC. No ownership rights are transferred through use of the App.
Users retain ownership of any content they create within the App. By sharing content, you grant ScribbleLabApp LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within the App ecosystem.
You agree not to:
- (a) Reverse engineer or disassemble any part of ScribbleLab.
- (b) Copy or modify ScribbleLab’s source code.
- (c) Use ScribbleLab to create competing products.
- (d) Share content that violates laws or third-party rights.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws. You must be at least 13 years old to use ScribbleLab, subject to platform-specific age restrictions. You may not use the App to:
- Violate any laws or rights.
- Distribute illegal or harmful content.
- Exploit minors.
- Disrupt other users’ experience.
