[Bug]: gisto not working

Prerequisites

• I have written a descriptive issue title.
• I have searched all issues/PRs to ensure it has not already been reported or fixed.
• I have verified that I am using the latest version of Scoop and corresponding bucket.

Package Name

gisto

Expected/Current Behaviour

gisto should work when installed by scoop

Steps to Reproduce

scoop install extras/gisto
run gisto.
github login screen shows, attempt login using gist scoped github token
nothing happens.

Now try the portable version from the website - `https://gistoapp.netlify.app/#download` - this one works fine

Possible Solution

check manifest, see what's wrong
