Export standard hydraulic components #317

I see many useful components (FlowDivider, Valve, Actuator, SpoolValve…) in src/Hydraulic/IsothermalCompressible/components.jl, but they are not exported for some reason.

Components not exported:

Open
Flow divider
Valve
Volume
SpoolValve
SpoolValve2Way
Actuator

I suggest adding an export to IsothermalCompressible.jl
