New versions of Rust (1.80) and Go (1.23) available as SLE BCI containers

The SLE BCI team never sleeps or takes vacation. I do though :) so I'm a bit behind on announcing the new development language stack containers for SLE BCI: Rust 1.80 and Go 1.23 became available in registry.suse.com in the last two and a half weeks, and now also the web frontend container catalog is showing it!

With the introduction of Rust 1.80 (referred to via :stable or 1.80), Rust 1.78 is out of general support. Similarly with the introduction of Go 1.23, Go 1.21 is now out of general support.
