✨ 어떤 기능인가요?
현재, Footer의 아이콘 클릭 시 router.push 로 라우팅해주고있는데, 이때 발생하는 리렌더링으로 화면 깜빡임이 발생

SPA 라는 리액트의 특성을 제대로 살리지 못한 것이라고 생각들어 리팩토링 방법 생각 중.
