"Mark as unread" feature is missing

• Device (or Simulator) you're running with: iPhone 8 Plus

I'm missing the "Mark as unread" feature which is available on desktop for any message, but not available on mobile. While lacking "Remind me later" feature, I'm using it to track the requests that are yet to be done.

It should be using this API https://rocket.chat/docs/developer-guides/rest-api/subscriptions/unread/ to mark the selected message unread.
