The package webrtc_ros and webrtc in kinetic has been detected as not building on all platforms except amd64
There appears to be binary incompatibilities on i386 and failures to download resources on arm platforms.
This is being filed because this package is about to be blacklisted for uxv8. If this issue is resolved the packages should be reviewed for removal from the blacklist.
