Add a warning if in-progress endosymbiosis action cannot continue due to the target missing #5749

from the current patch (or being entirely extinct). I'm not sure where this should be but it needs to be relatively noticeable in the GUI even if hte player doesn't specifically open the endosymbiosis menu.

This is kind of an extension of: #5127 but this would happen after the endosymbiosis action is started.

My suggestion is either report tab (although ideally page that opens when you enter the editor, I don't remember if it remembers which page it leaves editor and then switches to it upon return) or a seperate popup notification that would appear when entering the editor.

The player cannot do anything related to endosymbiosis before getting to the cell editor tab, so I think that the warning needs to only become visible once reaching the tab in the editor where the player can actually do something about the warning. Otherwise the warning will encourage skipping the report and patch map screens entirely to go resolve the warning, and I suspect many players would then forget to tab back (or feel extra mental load due to needing to remember to go back to what they were doing before the warning).
