--silent or --quiet option to pipe SBOM to file, or --output option to specify the file to output to

When I run

retire-site-scanner --sbom https://somedomain I always get the output first like:

2024-11-14T16:45:10.123Z 790d1a269c36 INF Launching browser...
...

Then the SBOM. How do I get the SBOM only to a file? I found only the options -v and -vv which I assume are verbose and very verbose. But that's the opposite effect. Also some more documentation or a --help options shown all the options would be very helpful. Thank you very much.
