3DGS menu does not pop up #38

Ive tried installing the add-on on both 4.0.2 and 3.3.8.

Looking at the other issues, it looks like there is supposed to be a pop-up menu for 3D GS, which I cannot find anywhere.

Is there a way to access it, or could something have gone wrong?

Found it in tool->workspace
