Hi, I try to use CCLoader.exe via cmd.
But I always fail to do that.

I use BLEduino(developed by elefreaks : http://www.elecfreaks.com/estore/bleduino-ble-for-arduino.html)
and Windows10

CCLoader is made for using an arduino to flash a CC254x chip connected to it, so you just use an arduino instead of the CCDebuger you can buy from TI. The board you reference has the CC2540/1 on board. What you can do is use another arduino to flash the CC254x on your BLEduino.
Edit: Just realized the question was asked 7 months ago, hope you figured it out by now.
